DMA has a highly experienced department to provide advice and guidance to the Client in relation to Fire Safety Certificates. Our team has successfully applied for Fire Safety Certificates for projects ranging from apartment units to large commercial developments.
DMA provides the Client with comprehensive drawings and reports in compliance with Part B of The Building Regulations, required to submit a valid Fire Safety Certificate application to the relevant Local Authority.
Our Clients include Southern Health Board, UCC and Cork City Council.
Fire Safety Certificate is required for the following areas of work;
- New commercial buildings,
- Apartments and flats,
- Material change of use,
- Alterations and extensions to commercial or public buildings.
