DISABILITY ACCESS CERTIFICATES (DAC)

Any new or existing building which is being materially altered or a change of use is planned, now require a DAC certificate. DMA Consulting Engineers has found that DAC and FSC go hand in hand. Since the inception of this Act DMA are at the forefront in producing successful applications to Local Building Control Authorities. DMA will provide the Client with drawings and reports in compliance with Part M of The Building Regulations and all other relevant information needed to submit a valid application to the relevant Building Control Department.
