Neighbourhood Centre and Residential Development Dublin
Planning has been secured for a Neighbourhood Centre and Residential Development at Lambs Cross Dublin with Dun Laoghire Rathdown County Council. This development consists of
80 no. residential apartment units (22 no. 1 bed units; 41 no. 2 bed units; and 17 no. 3 bed units) each with an associated private open space area in the form of a balcony/terrace;
- Residential Amenity Areas (approx. 182.8 sq m);
- A supermarket and associated off licence (approx. 1,508 sq m) and net retail floor space of approx. 1,000 sq m;
- A restaurant / bar (approx. 430 sq m) and associated winter garden (approx. 68 sq m);
- 2 no. retail units (a pharmacy of approx. 77 sq m and a beauty/hair salon of approx. 35 sq m);
- A health centre (approx. 85 sq m); and
- A café (approx. 265 sq m).
DMA Consulting Engineers undertook Civil and Structural Designs in support of this planning application, which included a detailed Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS) design which encompassed a wide variety of features to maximise the amenity space for the residents and members of the public.
