A development of 9 Retail Units constructed between Redforge Road and Dublin Hill. Following an initial options study the chosen form of construction was a reinforced concrete frame integrated with the retaining structure. Dublin Hill was temporarily stabilised through the use of soil nailing during the construction of the building.

The development incorporated a 10 metre high retaining wall with a truck accessible roof area supported over large uninterrupted reinforced concrete spans.
